Senior Payroll Officer $100-120K Super, Permanent Silverwater, NSW Are you looking for a rewarding Payroll position at a reputable construction company? We are working on behalf of an Australian corporation in the construction/HVAC space. They operate across Australia with a strong footprint and solid brand recognition. This role will cover all general payroll functions in a systems implementation environment. The duties to be taken over are as follows: Key Responsibilities Experiencing operating across multiple EA's – company has 17 across 18 different entities. Award and allowance interpretation (LAFA, RDO's 38/40 hour weeks). Processing high-volume payroll on a weekly basis. Experience with TimeFiler is desirable but not necessary. Strong communication skills - able to communicate effectively and translate complex payroll matters to blue-collar teams. You will have, advanced systems, communication and presentation skills and have a genuine ambition to assist a team in transition and deliver stability. Proven experience in payroll processing. Experience in a systems implementation environment is advantageous. Strong understanding of IFRS standards, EBAs and Construction-centric awards. Experience working with ERP, time & attendance, or financial management systems. Excellent stakeholder (internal & external) engagement and communication skills. Ability to be on site five (5) days per week.
