Deliver Level 2 technical support and project-based work across a varied SMB client base Lead and assist with client onboardings, technology implementations, and migrations Monitor and triage security events and incidents using SIEM tooling Conduct vulnerability scans, review results, and recommend remediation actions Perform initial analysis of security threats including malware and phishing Review and analyse system and network logs for anomalous activity Document incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures to a high standard Support the implementation and maintenance of security frameworks including Essential Eight and ISO 27001 Liaise with clients to understand technical requirements and deliver effective solutions Participate in after-hours monitoring on rotation Technical Requirements: Microsoft 365 administration and security features SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk or equivalent) EDR tooling and endpoint security solutions Antivirus and anti-malware platforms Networking and firewall fundamentals Identity and access management systems Incident response platforms Familiarity with security frameworks including Essential Eight, ISO 27001, ISM, and SMB 1001 Relevant certifications (SC-200, CompTIA Security, or equivalent) highly regarded Role Requirements: At least 2-3 years of commercial experience in a similar role Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask Ability to work well within a team, with excellent communication skills Personable, friendly, and a positive attitude Ambitious, looking for career progression Commitment to professional development Exceptional problem-solving skills Strong ability to meet deadlines We appreciate your interest in this opportunity.
