Role Highlights: • Senior planning ownership within a large-scale, high-volume retail environment • Partner closely with Buying, Product and Senior Leadership teams • Join a globally recognised retailer with strong career progression pathways Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute seasonal merchandise financial strategies to drive sales, margin and stock performance • Manage OTB planning and inventory investment across multiple product categories • Deliver detailed sales forecasting, trading analysis and performance reporting • Drive inventory optimisation through stock turn, sell-through and replenishment strategies • Partner with Buying and Product teams throughout the range planning and assortment building process • Monitor trading performance and identify risks and opportunities to maximise profitability • Manage markdown strategy to ensure company targets and financial outcomes are achieved • Present planning insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders About You • Proven experience within Merchandise Planning in a retail environment • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing large OTBs • Advanced Excel capability and experience with planning systems • Highly analytical with strong forecasting and financial planning skills • Confident partnering with senior stakeholders across Buying and Product teams Benefits: • Join one of Australia’s largest and most established retail organisations • High visibility role working closely with senior leadership • Strong internal career progression opportunities • Collaborative planning team with strong commercial exposure • Staff discounts and performance bonus potential Interested in learning more?
