We are seeking an experienced Full-time Management Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities and Tasks: Collect, organise and analyse operational data from client sites, including cleaning schedules, service records and performance reports, to support informed decision-making and service planning. Maintain and analyse supply and inventory data related to cleaning equipment and environmentally sustainable products to support efficient procurement planning and cost monitoring. Analyse client feedback, service completion data and relevant industry trends to identify patterns, risks and opportunities for service improvement. Prepare and analyse regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual) summarising cleaning service performance, customer satisfaction levels and compliance-related data. Develop, maintain and improve data management systems to enhance the tracking and reporting of workforce scheduling information, job allocations and quality indicators. Monitor, analyse and report on cleaning performance KPIs across multiple projects, providing insights to support continuous improvement. Collect and interpret data relating to cleaning efficiency, response times and customer satisfaction to assist in optimising operational workflows. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management on operational efficiency, service quality and cost optimisation strategies. Analyse existing cleaning protocols, business policies and procedures and provide evidence-based recommendations for improvement. Compile and interpret information related to compliance requirements, workplace health and safety standards, and environmental sustainability obligations within cleaning operations. Monitor and report on compliance data associated with cleaning industry standards, including hygiene, disinfection and chemical safety requirements. Identify opportunities to enhance service quality and client satisfaction through systematic data analysis and reporting. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting processes are maintained in line with industry regulations and organisational requirements. Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams by providing analysed data and insights to align service offerings with customer expectations and promotional strategies. Coordinate the flow of operational and compliance information across internal stakeholders to support consistent and informed business practices. Qualifications and Skills: - Over 1 year of experience in operational management. - Strong analytical skills with experience managing and interpreting operational. - Excellent communication and problem-solving. - In-depth knowledge of industry standards, workplace health and safety, and environmental compliance. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise. - Proficient in data management systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office. - A commitment to sustainability and high-quality service. Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $75,000 - $85,000 p.a plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
