This role will focus on designing, developing and delivering learning initiatives that help staff adopt new systems, embed updated processes, and establish new ways of working as the organisation evolves into a modern digital regulator. Joining during a critical delivery phase, the successful candidate will quickly assess priorities and deliver targeted learning solutions aligned with the organisation's Regulatory Capability Strategy. Role Purpose The Senior Learning Partner will design, develop and deliver learning initiatives that support the adoption of new systems, embed updated processes and establish new ways of working across the organisation. The role will join during a key delivery phase involving the implementation of new systems (CMS and FMS) and will be responsible for scoping and delivering priority learning aligned to the Regulatory Capability Strategy. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and deliver learning initiatives that support system adoption and organisational capability uplift Design, deliver and evaluate CMS training, including support for upcoming releases Design, deliver and evaluate the FMS training rollout Develop and deliver learning outputs aligned to the Regulatory Capability Strategy Partner with change, product and business leaders to assess learning needs and co-design practical learning solutions Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex system and process changes into engaging learning experiences Support capability initiatives and work closely with the Capability Specialist Evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve learning programs Contribute to an agile project environment and support the successful rollout of new systems and ways of working What Success Looks Like Success in this role will include: Quickly integrating into an agile project environment Building strong relationships with stakeholders, business leaders and subject matter experts Collaborating effectively with change, product and business teams to assess learning needs and co-design solutions Delivering high-quality learning experiences that support CMS and FMS adoption Successfully delivering training for key user groups and evaluating learning outcomes to ensure impact About You You are an experienced learning professional who thrives in complex transformation environments and enjoys partnering with stakeholders to design practical, engaging learning solutions. You will bring: Strong Learning & Development and instructional design capability grounded in adult learning principles Experience delivering learning in transformation, digital or system implementation environments Experience in capability mapping or future skills development Ability to co-design learning solutions with stakeholders and subject matter experts Experience evaluating learning impact and continuously improving learning programs Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills Tools & Experience Experience with the following will be highly regarded: Digital learning tools such as Articulate, ELMO, LMS platforms, Microsoft Teams and Jira Human-centred design or service design approaches Experience working in agile or project-based environments The Opportunity This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a significant organisational transformation while shaping how learning supports future regulatory capability.
