05th March, 2026 Pearl are currently looking for x3 experienced Mechanical Fitters for our client who are a WA owned supplier to the construction and building industry. Based in the north-east suburbs of Perth this position will commence on a temp basis with a view for permanency within 3 months. This role will see you working day shift hours only although there could be potential down the track to move into a shift-pattern roster should that be desired. The Role: As part of the maintenance team, you will be required to: Perform repairs and breakdown maintenance on fixed plant equipment. Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimise downtime. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults efficiently. Assist in installation, assembly, and commissioning of new machinery and equipment. Must Haves: Relevant Trade qualification (NZ & UK Trade Certs accepted) Ideally hold WAH and CS (or willing to obtain) Current Drivers Licence with own transport Permanent resident of Australia (sorry no holiday visa's) Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test What's on Offer: $57.10/hour super, with penalties for hours over 38 hours per week.
