Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu requirements Ensure food is prepared to a high standard of quality, consistency, and presentation Assist with planning and organising daily food preparation activities Monitor food preparation and cooking processes to maintain efficiency and quality Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations at all times Inspect raw ingredients and prepared food to ensure quality standards are met Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas Assist with stock rotation, storage, and minimising food wastage Work cooperatively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations About you: At least 1 year of relevant work experience as a Cook Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced kitchen environment Good organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining food quality standards Job Type: Permanent/Full-time Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per annum.
