Mayday is partnering with Australia’s largest funeral service provider to find an exceptional Regional Manager to lead multiple locations across Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Sunshine Coast . The role is based out of the Morningside hub , where you’ll spend a significant portion of your time, but regional travel will also be required to oversee operations across the full area. This is a rare opportunity to inspire teams, deliver meaningful community service, and drive operational and financial performance across 12 sites and 800 cases annually . What You’ll Do: Lead and develop multi-site, multi-brand teams , embedding a culture of high performance, collaboration, and customer focus. Oversee operations, logistics, and asset management , ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality across all locations. Champion customer experience , personally managing escalations and promoting continuous improvement. Drive business growth and local relationships , implementing strategies to enhance brand presence, market share, and revenue. Manage budgets, operational metrics, and financial targets to ensure sustainable regional growth. What We’re Looking For: Proven leadership and operational management experience in service-driven industries. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving financial and operational results. Ability to manage multi-site, multi-brand operations , while leading and developing high-performing teams.
