At CPP, our Project Engineers make sure our high voltage and renewable energy projects run smoothly. They support the project from start to finish and act as a bridge between the design engineering team (who plan the project) and the field team (who build it). The Charles Wright Graduate Program will provide you with the opportunity to gain experience across Project Engineering, Engineering Design (primary, secondary, SCADA), Testing & Commissioning and Site Construction. Rotating across each of these disciplines, you will have the opportunity to build a broad understanding of engineering project management, technical engineering, testing/commissioning, whilst preparing you for opportunities for advancement at CPP. The duration of the program is 2 years where you will work on projects under the supervision of some of the most experienced Electrical Engineers in the industry, gaining hands-on exposure on major high voltage construction projects across Australia including substations, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Windfarms.
