Your new role Within this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for: Managing and maintaining a wide range of network and security technologies to ensure their optimal operation. Undertaking and performing project implementation and deployment duties. Leading and coordinating technical staff based on customer requirements. Designing and deploying network & security solutions. Assisting with escalated complex technical requirements. Undertaking research and development duties, making recommendations to clients and the business internally. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have: Demonstrated experience in implementing, managing, and maintaining network & security infrastructure. Sound knowledge and experience with Cisco routing & switching, FortiGate firewalls, MPLS / SD-WAN and security best practice. Experience with Access4, Aruba, Palo Alto, Azure, VMware / Hyper-V, Datto RMM and Autotask PSA is advantageous. A tertiary education in Information Technology, as well as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto and Aruba certifications are preferred. Previous experience working for an MSP, Consultancy or Automotive organisation is highly regarded. A valid drivers licence.
