Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Manager, this role delivers end‑to‑end operational HR support across Marvel Stadium, TIO Stadium, Victoria Racing Club, BEST, and major Australian airports in Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. Assist day to day to enable the team to deliver excellence in customer service while optimising a culture of collaboration and team member engagement Provide functional advice to operational teams, be the go-to for team member queries, support the embedding HR policies, processes and initiatives and assist in execution of the enterprise and local HR and business strategies More about you Strong HR operations experience in fast‑paced environments Proven admin/compliance skills with high attention to detail Background in retail, hospitality, manufacturing or FMCG HR degree (or related) with ER/IR exposure Exceptional communication and stakeholder management Skilled in coaching managers, delivering HR projects and high‑quality work The application period will close on 31/03/2026, unless a successful qualified candidate is identified sooner.
