We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Team Leader to join our growing team in Clyde, NSW. This is a full-time role offering the opportunity to lead electrical teams and play a key role in the successful delivery of electrical projects. Position Overview The Electrical Team Leader is responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical works across projects while ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with operational management and acts as a key link between field electricians, project management, and clients. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership and Supervision Plan, allocate, and supervise daily work tasks for electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors. Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to team members. Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project schedules. Project Delivery Manage electrical works across multiple projects to ensure timelines and project milestones are met. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades on-site. Conduct site inspections and assist with project planning and technical solutions. Safety and Compliance Ensure all electrical work complies with AS/NZS 3000 Wiring Rules , Australian Standards, and NSW electrical safety regulations. Promote compliance with NSW Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements. Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and ensure Safe Work Method Statements are followed. Technical and Quality Control Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues through troubleshooting and fault finding. Inspect and test electrical installations to ensure quality and regulatory compliance. Ensure all testing, commissioning, and documentation requirements are completed. Commercial and Client Support Assist with preparation of scopes of work, cost estimates, and quotations. Identify and manage variations to project scope. Support job costing, materials management, and invoicing processes. Skills and Experience To be considered for this role, applicants must have: A relevant electrical qualification . At least one year of relevant work experience in an electrical role. Demonstrated ability to supervise or coordinate electrical work on projects. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and safety standards. Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
