After a strong first year, the business has reached a stage where project delivery needs dedicated ownership. With continued expansion planned and an upcoming maternity leave, this is an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to step in, take control of live projects, and play a key role in the next phase of growth. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys responsibility, structure, and seeing projects through from start to finish. The Opportunity As Project Manager, you will take ownership of residential property makeover projects - acting as the central point of coordination between agents, clients, stylists and trades. You'll be trusted to run your projects end to end: from initial consultation and quoting through to scheduling, execution, and final delivery. The role combines office-based coordination with regular site visits across Melbourne. You'll be supported by an established team, but you'll be expected to work autonomously and make decisions. What You'll Be Responsible For Managing property makeover projects from initial brief to completion Meeting with agents and homeowners to assess and scope projects Preparing, managing and maintaining quotes and project budgets Scheduling and coordinating trades, suppliers and stylists Managing timelines and calendars across multiple live projects Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and agents Ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, on time and to standard What Success Looks Like Within the first few months, you will: Be confidently managing multiple projects at once Take ownership of timelines, trade coordination, and client communication Proactively solve issues before they escalate Operate as someone the business can rely on without constant oversight About You This role will suit someone who: Has experience in project management, property, renovations, real estate, or coordination roles Is highly organised and comfortable juggling competing priorities Communicates confidently with agents, clients and trades Enjoys a fast-paced, practical environment Is happy working both in the office and out on-site Takes accountability and follows through A strong interest in property is essential.
