The Role Reporting to the Settlements Manager, this pivotal role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions. Key responsibilities include: Document management Communication with key stakeholders and acting as primary point of contact for clients, solicitors, brokers Process management Reporting and compliance Managing client relationships including handling enquiries and resolving problems Exception handling and ensuring system accuracy About You You are an experienced Settlements Officer who is adept at ensuring a smooth customer experience through the settlements process. It is essential you have gained this experience within the mortgage lending sector and ideally have relevant qualifications. The variety of this role will appeal to someone who is adept at managing multiple competing priorities. Communication is one of your strong points and you enjoy building great working relationships with key stakeholders.
