The Role: We are currently seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors to join our team and play a key role in the delivery of planned shutdowns, maintenance, and project works. This hands-on leadership role will see you overseeing electrical installations, inspections, and asset overhauls, while coordinating daily work programs and ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards are met. You’ll work closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to drive outcomes and foster a positive, solutions-focused team culture. Key Responsibilities: Install and maintain electrical apparatus, including pumps, motors, switches, outlets, instruments, and circuit protection devices Interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams, drawings, or specifications Conduct asset inspection, testing and reporting and undertake major electrical asset overhauls Liaise with project, client and management stakeholders Identify areas for improvement with a solutions-based attitude to ensure works Lead teams and plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work programs Ensure crews are adequately resourced to safely complete works Manage personnel, tooling, equipment, and materials for duration of works Manage work-packs, work orders and complete daily attendance records Conduct pre-start meetings and emphasise safety (HSE) obligations Promote a positive culture, reinforce company values and acceptable behaviour Lead by example through coaching, mentoring and identify opportunities for improvement About You: Full Australian Working Rights Construction White Card Hold S26 modules and completed exam or be willing to. Electrical License – EnergySafety (WA) Certificate IV Frontline Management Perform Rescue from a Live LV Panel (LVR) Qualification (valid) Working at Heights Certificate (valid) Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate Strong communication skills, work ethic and a positive attitude.
