Build Your Practice With the Right Support Forbes Care Occupational Therapy is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist with existing training and hands-on experience in Complex Home Modifications (CHM) to join our OT-only community team on a part-time basis . This role is suited to an OT who is already working within the CHM space — whether early, intermediate, or advanced — and is looking to further develop their skills within a structured, well-supported clinical environment. It is not an entry-level or “interest-only” CHM role . What We’re Looking For We’re seeking an Occupational Therapist who: Has 3 years post-graduate experience Has existing training and experience in Complex Home Modifications (at any level) Has participated in CHM assessments, reports, or projects and understands the clinical and governance requirements involved Demonstrates strong clinical reasoning and reflective practice Values structure, quality, and clear clinical frameworks Enjoys collaborative work with builders, families, and funding bodies Is keen to continue developing advanced CHM skills within a well-supported model This role is not suited to clinicians with an interest in CHM only ; applicants must have some level of formal training or hands-on experience in Complex Home Modifications.
