Roles & Responsibilities: Oversee the loading process to ensure that goods are stowed securely within the truck's bed. Assessment and maintenance of loading documents, including bills of loading, delivery orders, or manifests, to ensure accuracy and completeness before departing from the loading site. Ensure the working condition of the truck with thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, which include checking tires, brakes, lights, signals, mirrors, fluids, and other essential components. Uphold knowledge of safety practices, policies, and procedures related to loading and unloading operations. Assess materials’ weight and volume before transportation. Safe operation of truck while transporting materials to and from sites/warehouses or other designated locations. Loading and unloading of materials competently with the help of mechanisms installed on the truck or other safe means. Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of truck and other company equipment at all times. Parking truck in safe and secure position while loading and unloading and when not in use. Skills and Experience: The candidate must hold the relevant License. Must have a clean driving history. Relevant qualification required. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required. Friendly, positive & approachable attitude.
