We deliver high-quality signage for office fitouts, retail rollouts, and environmental graphics, and we're looking for a junior designer / production assistant to join our hands-on production team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has recently completed a Graphic Design qualification (TAFE or tertiary) and wants to develop real-world production skills. You'll work across design, prepress, and fabrication, gaining experience that can launch a long-term career in signage and large-format printing. What You'll Be Doing Bring designs to life : Prepare artwork for large-format printing, vinyl cutting, and laminating. Prepress & technical files : Learn to pre-flight files, manage colour profiles, scaling, and resolution for real-world signage projects. Shop drawings & graphics rollouts : Create scaled drawings, wall murals, wayfinding systems, office fitouts, and multi-site signage installations. Window films & architectural graphics : Prepare decorative frost, privacy, solar, and safety films aligned to architectural measurements. Workshop production & assembly : Operate UV printers, plotters, laminators, and assist with signage fabrication using vinyl, aluminium, acrylic, ACM, and more. Quality & detail : Ensure files and final outputs meet specifications, maintain high accuracy, and support a smooth production workflow. What We're Looking For Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator Experience with Adobe Acrobat; Photoshop is a plus Understanding of print-ready file preparation High attention to detail, organisation, and reliability Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable working across both design and workshop environments Why Join Paragon?
