Reporting to a Head of Marketing, you will drive project marketing across a pipeline of greenfield projects in regional VIC. Perks of the company: Salary is up to $150K Package (Incl. of Super) Discretionary Bonus | Based on Experience Central location in in Melbourne CBD fringe Flexibility – This position offers 1 day WFH, and ad hoc flex Work alongside an incredible talented and high performing team with a great culture Your daily duties will include: Manage all project marketing activities focused on greenfield/residential communities portfolio of 2 - 3 developments Oversee lead generation and sales conversion Manage project marketing budget and cash-flow Stakeholder meetings and presenting back marketing strategies Manage integrity of brand identity and all associated brand assets required for market release such as, brochure, website and sales collateral Manage PR strategies and media releases with agency and corporate communications Event management and community engagement exercises including buyer engagement, project launch, VIP release and grand opening events Responsible for sales and marketing reporting and marketing campaign review to effectively manage ROI Manage external agency relationships for coordination of all additional marketing collateral To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes: Experience as a Project Marketing Manager with a strong understanding of Land/Residential Communities/Greenfield or similar experience - open to alternative built form exp.
