Right now, marketing activity across the group is happening without a clear strategic framework. You are the person who brings the thinking, the tools, and the energy to change that. Day to day, you will be: Planning, executing, and optimising digital campaigns with a performance-first mindset across the portfolio Using Klaviyo to build and improve email marketing sequences that are tested, refined, and converting Embedding AI content tools into campaign workflows to lift quality and speed without compromising brand integrity Delivering regular performance reports in a format that gives the CEO and key stakeholders a clear picture of what is working Building and maintaining a group-wide marketing calendar that is grounded in data, planned well in advance, and understood by everyone who works to it Keeping brand activity across the portfolio coherent and coordinated, with each brand feeling distinct but connected to the broader group identity Leading, coaching, and developing your direct reports so they are clear, capable, and producing their best work Communicating proactively and transparently with the CEO, no surprises, always a clear point of view Who We're Looking For We want someone who moves fast, thinks commercially, and does not wait to be told what to do. You are already living in the world of performance marketing and AI, not planning to get there. You are the right fit if you: Have a proven track record in performance marketing, running and optimising digital campaigns across paid and owned channels Are genuinely across AI content tools and platforms like Performance Max, and are already using them to improve output and efficiency Have hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms, and know how to build sequences that perform Have solid experience in social media marketing and influencer management that is authentic and measurable Can lead people without leaning on authority, your team follows you because you are clear, supportive, and credible Think in systems, you can look at a function without a framework and build one Communicate with confidence and transparency, including when the results are not perfect Desirable, but not essential: Experience in a multi-brand or group environment managing a portfolio of distinct identities Familiarity with the property sector or other premium consumer-facing industries Experience building or restructuring a marketing function, including establishing performance measurement frameworks from scratch Must Have Values These are not aspirational ideals.
