This is a Monday to Friday role, 7:00am – 3:00pm, offering consistent hours with the potential to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate. About the Role As a Pallet Controller, you will be responsible for managing pallet movements, maintaining accurate records, and supporting warehouse operations through effective communication with internal teams and suppliers. Key Responsibilities -Managing pallet movements and records within the pallet control system -Performing pallet reconciliations and maintaining accurate stock records -Updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets and system records -Liaising with suppliers and internal teams regarding pallet balances -Assisting with general administrative and operational pallet control tasks Skills & Experience -Experience with the 2IC pallet program (highly regarded) -Reconciliation experience preferred -Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn internal systems -Basic Excel skills and confidence maintaining spreadsheets -Strong communication and customer service skills, particularly when liaising with suppliers -High level of attention to detail and organisation What We Offer -$32.18 per hour -Monday to Friday schedule – work/life balance -Supportive team environment -Opportunity for full-time employment for the right candidate If you are organised, proactive, and looking for a role with stability and growth potential, we would love to hear from you.
