About the Centre Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten Rockbank Village is a brand new, purpose-built service that has recently opened in the growing Rockbank community. The centre provides quality education and care for children aged 0–6 years and offers modern learning environments, high-quality resources and thoughtfully designed spaces. Open 6:30am–6:30pm, the centre values collaboration, reflective practice and strong relationships with families and the local community. This is a unique opportunity to join a new team, help shape culture and practice from the ground up, and make a real impact from day one. About the Role As the Educational Leader, you will work across all rooms and partner closely with the Centre Leadership Team to drive educational excellence and continuous improvement. This is a full-time role with rotating shifts. Your responsibilities include: Leading and enhancing the educational program across the centre Mentoring, coaching and supporting educators Supporting curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice Embedding Aspire’s Grow, Learn, Connect philosophy Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) Driving continuous improvement and quality outcomes Building strong relationships with children, families and the community Working closely with the Centre Manager and leadership team Why Join Aspire? You will bring: ACECQA-approved Diploma or higher (Bachelor / ECT preferred) Experience as an Educational Leader (ideally in a large centre) Strong knowledge of the EYLF and regulations A reflective, supportive leadership style Strong organisation and time management skills Excellent communication and relationship-building skills You will also have: Working with Children Check and Police Check First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates Our Commitment We are committed to creating safe, inclusive and culturally responsive environments for all children and families.
