This is your chance to step into a secure, permanent role based in Milperra, NSW (2214) , working Monday to Friday, hours 8am to 4:30pm. In this role you will be responsible for: Reconcile all trust accounts in accordance with Pickles policies and procedures Investigate, identify and process all unidentified payments Assist with processing payments from the Bank Statement when required Process cleared funds from ANZ transactive current day transactions in accordance with Pickles policies and procedures Ensure all Inter-trust transfers are processed in accordance with key performance indicators Ensure all cashbook enquiries are responded to promptly and in accordance with Pickles procedures and key performance indicators Ensure that all compliance and governance as per Pickles policies and procedures are met Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers Ensure all stakeholder expectations are met through timely and accurate completion of tasks Support internal departments to meet their objectives and administration requirements ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience: Demonstrated success and understanding of financial administration, trust account reconciliation and compliance Experience working in a team Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail Enjoy working in a team of specialists Experience in Microsoft Suite WHY WORK FOR PICKLES Since 1964, Pickles has powered trusted marketplaces that bring people together, delivering value for our customers whilst remaining authentic.
