We are currently seeking a Permanent Part-time Cleaner at our Croydon Park site. What you’ll do: Sparkle & Shine : Bring your magic touch to resident rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas, ensuring every corner gleams with cleanliness and warmth. Manage Waste with Care : Handle all waste - regular and medical - with precision and safety, in accordance with proper guidelines and safety protocols. Infection Control : Utilise the right cleaning agents and personal protective equipment (PPE) to uphold our high standards of infection prevention. Keep Supplies Stocked : Monitor and replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies, ensuring soaps, sanitisers, and agents are always available for residents and staff. Housekeeping & Environment : Identify and report any housekeeping or maintenance issues, ensuring our facility remains a comfortable and safe place for all. Equipment : Efficiently use floor scrubbers, vacuums, cleaning trolleys, and consumables to perform your duties with excellence. About you: Experience in commercial cleaning operations in either hotel, aged care or hospital environment (essential) Ability to follow procedures Experience working within designated timeframes Strong attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; listening, written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team A current National Police Certificate (or willingness to apply) Shifts we are looking to fill: Week 1: Tuesday 7am-1:30pm Week 1: Wednesday 7am-1:30pm Week 1: Friday 7am-1:30pm Week 1: Saturday 11am-4pm Week 1: Sunday 11am-4pm Week 2: Tuesday 7am-1:30pm Week 2: Wednesday 7am-1:30pm With the opportunity to pick up additional shifts CASUAL OPPORTUNTIES ALSO AVAILABLE Why Join St Basil’s?
