As a result, the team is set to expand further so the whole portfolio can be supported Job Description Reporting into the head of Revenue & Distribution, the Revenue Manager position sits in a wider team divided by geographic region. You will own a portfolio of properties with overall responsibility for maximising yield for both the business and it's clients. Core responsibilities include: Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximise revenue and occupancy. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to inform decision-making. Monitor and report on key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align revenue goals with overall business objectives. Utilise analytics tools to forecast demand and optimise inventory distribution. Provide recommendations for promotional activities and discounts to drive sales. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the leisure, travel, and tourism industry. Ensure effective communication of revenue strategies across relevant stakeholders. The Successful Applicant A successful Revenue Manager should have: Proven expertise in revenue management or a related field within the leisure, travel, and tourism industry. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Proficiency in revenue management systems and analytics tools and comfort with new technology. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A results-driven mindset with a focus on maximising revenue opportunities. A relevant degree in business, analytics, or a related field would be advantageous.
