This role involves handling, processing, packaging, labelling and preparing meat products while strictly following food safety and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities Process, cut, trim, and package meat products Operate production and packaging equipment Sealing products using vacuum swing lid Hanging of sausages Unloading & loading products into machines / boxes Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations (HACCP) Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment Work in dry & cold environments Requirements Experience in meat processing or food production preferred (training provided) Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Comfortable working with raw meat Willingness to work in cold or refrigerated conditions where required Strong attention to detail and safety Reliable attendance and teamwork Opportunities for advancement Willing to undergo a drug & alcohol test and functional capacity.
