Engineer your career. At CPP, our Transmission Line Engineers design the high-voltage overhead lines that connect renewable energy projects to the grid. From conductor sag and tension calculations to structural design of poles and towers, load analysis, and hardware selection, you’ll help deliver critical energy infrastructure. Over two years, you’ll work on major HV projects under the mentorship of industry experts, and collaborate with engineers across civil, structural and electrical to integrate transmission line designs into broader project plans. With exposure to structural design, construction, and project execution, you’ll build a strong technical foundation and develop the expertise to advance your career at CPP.
