Most participants start as a Service Delivery Officer in their first rotation because it’s a great way to learn our business and build key skills. You could work as: Service Delivery Officer, guiding taxpayers on the phone through complex issues and helping them to use digital tools. Digital Officer, assisting with cyber security and using tech to solve business problems. Client Engagement Officer, helping taxpayers on the phone and conducting audits. Administration Officer, managing records, preparing reports, and supporting business operations. Communication Officer, creating content for websites and social media, and helping inform Australians about tax and super.
