In this role you will: Design high‑quality, job‑ready learning solutions that enable Lifebroker teams to perform confidently through change. Translate business and project impacts into clear, targeted learning experiences for affected employee groups. Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to shape learning that is accurate, relevant and fit for purpose. Embed sound instructional design principles to deliver engaging learning across appropriate delivery channels. Ensure all training solutions meet TAL’s quality, risk and due‑diligence standards. Enable sustainable capability uplift by supporting effective knowledge transfer and trainer readiness.
