This high-end, boutique design studio is seeking a seasoned Mid-Senior Interior Designer. This team has evolved into a powerhouse of high-end residential design under the guidance of a long-standing Studio Director and an industry-leading founder. This is a pivotal role for an experienced designer ready to take full ownership of premium projects, supported by a dedicated in-house documentation team, within a culture that champions creative leadership and technical excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead a dedicated portfolio of 6–7 high-end residential projects from initial concept through to final delivery. Drive the design process including scheduling, specifying via Programa, and creating comprehensive 3D walkthroughs in SketchUp. Act as the primary lead during the Tender phase, managing RFIs, builder coordination, and client expectations. Oversee the construction phase, including site work, claims management, and seamless trade coordination. Manage the furnishing and styling components to ensure a cohesive, high-end final result. Provide expert mark-ups to the in-house CAD team to ensure joinery and documentation meet exacting standards. Skills and Experience Minimum 7 years of professional experience, specifically within the luxury residential sector. Advanced proficiency in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite with the ability to produce presentation-ready models. Proven experience navigating the complexities of building and construction administration. Strong technical foundation with the ability to direct documenters and review complex joinery packages. High-level communication skills capable of managing sophisticated clients and builders with calm confidence.
