ABOUT THE ROLE: Step into different kitchens and bring your skills to the table. You’ll be supporting teams during peak service, covering staff shortages, and helping deliver high-quality food experiences across multiple venues. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes across various cuisines Supporting kitchen teams during busy service periods Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards Adapting quickly to different kitchen environments Assisting with prep, plating, and general kitchen operations WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery Solid kitchen experience and confidence during service Strong understanding of food safety standards Ability to hit the ground running in new environments Reliability, flexibility, and a great team attitude ⭐ Senior chefs and those with leadership experience are highly regarded and may have opportunities for higher-level placements.
