i-bullet i-bullet i-bullet Integration Technical Lead (Enterprise Systems / SAP) We're looking for an Integration Technical Lead to take ownership of a portfolio of operational systems and their integration into SAP and the broader enterprise landscape. This role is less about greenfield builds and more about understanding, stabilising, and improving existing integrations across a live, business-critical environment. What you'll be doing Acting as the technical owner for multiple integrated systems in a BAU environment Mapping and documenting how systems interact, including APIs, file flows, and data structures Working closely with SAP and integration teams to align system behaviour and integration design Supporting incident resolution and troubleshooting across system and integration layers Defining integration patterns, data flows, and interface specifications Identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities to improve system stability and performance Supporting testing, change management, and ongoing system evolution What you'll bring Experience as a technical lead or senior engineer in integration-heavy environments Strong understanding of system-to-system integration (APIs, file-based, batch, event-driven) Experience working with enterprise integration platforms (SAP CPI, PI/PO, Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.) Ability to reverse-engineer and understand complex or undocumented systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across multiple systems Development background in Java, .NET, or similar, with the ability to read and debug code Nice to have Experience working in environments where SAP is a core system (S/4HANA preferred) Exposure to service, operations, or finance-related systems Experience in hybrid or multi-middleware environments Important Australian Citizenship is required
