Our client is seeking a proactive Receptionist / Administrator to support their team on a temporary basis. This is a hands-on role where no two days look the same and your willingness to jump in and assist will be highly valued. This assignment is available for approximately 3 months initially, with possible extension. The role will involve: Meeting and greeting visitors, managing sign-ins and badges Answering phones and assisting with general reception duties Supporting the office with day-to-day admin tasks Managing mail, couriers and deliveries Setting up and packing down meeting rooms Coordinating catering for meetings Keeping the kitchen organised and stocked Assisting with basic admin (scanning, lists, simple Excel tasks) Using the company car (automatic) to pick up items when required Helping source suppliers for upcoming events About you: Warm, welcoming and professionally presented Happy to take initiative and pitch in wherever needed Reliable and able to commit to the full assignment Ideally living locally (no public transport available) Hours & flexibility: 15 hours per week Ideally Monday, Wednesday and Friday however negotiable Around 9:00am – 2:00pm (flexible for the right person) 3 month assignment (possibility of extension) This role would suit someone looking for part-time hours on a short-term basis plus an opportunity close to home.
