This is a hands-on, full-time role offering exposure to a wide range of plant equipment and machinery, from modern automated systems to legacy production assets. You’ll be involved in preventative maintenance, urgent breakdown response, electrical fault-finding, and supporting equipment upgrades across multiple factories. No two days are the same, and as part of a growing national organisation, there are strong opportunities for internal progression and ongoing upskilling. What's on offer: Salary : Fulltime - $121K Super Allowances Overtime Shift Available: 4-on, 4-off (2 days on, 2 Nights on - 4off) 12-hour shifts Location : Acacia Ridge Excellent Earning Potential – generous base rate plus double-time penalties and overtime Upskilling & Development – grow your career in a stable, expanding business Supportive Team Culture – work with a great group of trades and technicians Key Responsibilities: Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on industrial machinery Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently to minimise downtime Assist with equipment upgrades, commissioning, and factory installations Maintain accurate service records and uphold strong safety standards Perform routine inspections to improve plant reliability and performance What We're Looking For: Current QLD Electrical Licence CPR/LVR Strong background in industrial maintenance Confident fault-finding skills, ideally with PLC and VSD experience Experience in 24/7 manufacturing environments (preferred) Excellent safety awareness and commitment to documentation Ready to Apply?
