The Role No two days are the same here. As a Afternoon Shift Maintenance Electrician , you will be the technical lead on the floor during the afternoon transition. You’ll ensure our production lines remain efficient through high-quality preventative maintenance and rapid breakdown response while the facility is operating at high capacity. Key Responsibilities: Technical Maintenance: Diagnose and repair high-speed FMCG machinery, including fillers, mixers, conveyors, and robotic packaging systems. Troubleshooting: PLC fault finding and optimizing production settings to maintain momentum throughout the shift. Continuous Improvement: Perform planned maintenance tasks and assist with the deployment and wiring of new plant equipment. Asset Management: Document all work and parts usage via MEX . About You We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated problem-solver who can work effectively during our afternoon operations and takes pride in "first-time" fixes. What you’ll need: Qualifications: Current QLD Electrical License. Experience: Previous experience in a similar role. We also welcome Commercial Electricians looking to transition into the FMCG/Manufacturing industry. Safety First: Current CPR and Low Voltage Rescue (LVR) certificates. Systems: Working experience with MEX will be highly regarded. Certifications: Working at Heights or EWP certificates are advantageous but not essential. What’s in it for you?
