Ventura is seeking an experienced and reliable Coach Driver to join our Moorabbin team and deliver a variety of charter services across Victoria. About the Role Safely operate coaches for charter, tour, school, or corporate trips in line with road rules and company policies Conduct pre-departure safety checks and report any issues promptly Follow scheduled routes or custom itineraries, maintaining timeframes and adapting as needed Deliver exceptional customer service , assisting passengers with boarding, luggage, and enquiries Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the coach interior throughout the day Liaise with the charter department regarding route details, schedules, and passenger requirements Stay informed about road conditions, weather, and relevant regulations What We’re Looking For Minimum 6 months bus driving experience A current MR Licence or higher (willingness to obtain HR Licence) Availability for full-time work , including overnight trips, weekends, and varied schedules Strong focus on safety, customer service, and punctuality Excellent driving record and knowledge of road regulations Why Join Ventura Competitive hourly rates and conditions A supportive and professional team environment Diverse charter work including school runs, tours, and corporate groups Opportunities to explore Australia on the job Positions also available at Oakleigh Our Culture Ventura fosters a workplace where people feel valued, respected, and empowered.
