About You Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering. Around 6 years’ civil engineering experience. Proven experience managing civil projects (subdivisions, roads, stormwater, utilities, bulk earthworks). Solid understanding of NSW authority requirements and Australian Standards. Confident managing budgets, timelines and client expectations. Comfortable leading a team and mentoring junior engineers. Strong communicator who builds lasting client relationships. CPEng (or working towards it) is highly regarded. About the Role Manage civil engineering projects from concept design to construction completion. Coordinate design documentation, approvals and authority liaison. Oversee project financials, programming and resourcing. Provide technical direction and quality oversight. Work closely with clients, contractors and internal teams.
