The hotel offers a vibrant dining experience featuring classic pub meals and modern Australian favourites, catering to both locals and visitors throughout the year. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook meals according to menu specifications and quality standards. Assist with food preparation including cutting, marinating, and portioning ingredients. Ensure dishes are presented attractively and served on time during service periods. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areas and equipment. Follow food safety standards and ensure proper storage of food products. Assist with stock rotation and inventory control. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service. Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations. About You: Relevant cookery qualification or proven experience as a Cook. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
