Harrington Hotel is seeking a qualified and experienced Chef to join its busy kitchen team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with the venue’s menu and quality standards. Assist with menu planning and development of seasonal dishes. Ensure food is prepared and presented to a consistently high standard. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and comply with all food safety regulations. Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering supplies, and ensure proper storage of food items. Supervise and support junior kitchen staff during service. Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality and consistency. Assist in controlling food costs, portion control, and minimising food wastage. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen equipment and workstations. About You: Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent. Previous experience working as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
