Tasty Morsel is seeking a qualified and experienced Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high culinary standards and supporting daily kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with the restaurant’s menu and quality standards. Supervise daily kitchen operations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and food quality. Assist with menu planning, including seasonal menu updates, while maintaining cost control. Monitor food quality at all stages of preparation and presentation. Manage stock control, including inventory management, stock rotation, and minimisation of food wastage. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations. Train and supervise cooks and kitchen assistants to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
