Position Summary We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Administrator to join DNF Tiling on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of tiling, waterproofing, and construction projects by coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams. This role is vital to maintaining project efficiency and compliance with company standards. The position requires a motivated professional with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of assisting project managers and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee the administration of organizational programs and projects, ensuring all activities are aligned with company objectives. Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to support efficient delivery of tiling, waterproofing, and construction services. Monitor project progress closely, track milestones, and take proactive steps to ensure deadlines are consistently met. Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including records, reports, and compliance files, to support transparency and accountability. Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and resolve issues promptly. Ensure all projects comply with organizational policies, procedures, and relevant legislation, including workplace health and safety standards. Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies to safeguard project outcomes. Support project managers in evaluating project performance, analyzing results, and recommending improvements for future efficiency. Manage procurement processes and contract administration, ensuring resources and services are delivered in line with project requirements. Provide essential administrative support such as resource allocation, meeting coordination, and financial tracking to maintain smooth project operations. Requirements Certificate IV or Diploma in Project Administration, Business Administration, or Construction Management (or equivalent recognized qualification). Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience as a Project Administrator or in a similar role within construction or building services. Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, documentation, and reporting processes. Experience using project management software and Microsoft Office applications. Solid understanding of compliance requirements, industry standards, and workplace safety practices. What We Offer Competitive salary package of $76,000 – $90,000 per annum.
