Your Role• Lead, coach, and inspire your team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs in a high-volume environment.• Drive a high-performance culture through training, motivation, and ongoing development.• Oversee daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and wage control.• Monitor store performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver strong commercial results.• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.• Recruit, develop, and mentor future retail leaders and build a strong succession pipeline for multi-store leadership. About You You’re a passionate and experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.You’ll bring:• Proven experience as a Retail Manager in a high-volume or large-format store environment.• Strong leadership capability with a results-focused mindset.• Excellent communication and team development skills, with experience leading larger teams and developing future leaders.• A passion for customer experience, brand standards, and commercial performance.• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and profit targets.• Ambition to grow into broader leadership roles such as Area Manager or multi-site leadership.
