About the Role As Assistant Manager, you will work alongside the Store Manager to lead a high performing team in a fast moving retail environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be on the floor motivating the team, driving sales and ensuring the store looks and feels amazing every day. You'll support key areas of the business including stock flow, visual merchandising and team development, ensuring the store runs smoothly while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
