Who we’re looking for? 1–2 years’ experience in real estate sales or leasing (commercial ideal, strong residential also suitable) in a fast‑paced environment. Able to manage a high‑volume pipeline across multiple campaigns, from pitch and marketing through to enquiries and closing. Strong communicator who can confidently work with owners, buyers and tenants while building rapport quickly and representing Knight Frank professionally. Highly organised and detail‑focused, able to juggle inspections, follow‑ups, timelines, documentation and internal coordination. Comfortable handling sales admin tasks such as gathering property details, preparing proposals/IMs and supporting research. Holds a current NSW Certificate of Registration (or equivalent) and ready to hit the ground running. Key Responsibilities Drive day‑to‑day commercial sales activity, supporting a high‑volume Parramatta pipeline from enquiry to settlement (plus some leasing). Be a key point of contact for owners, buyers and prospects—managing enquiries, inspections and follow‑ups to keep campaigns moving. Prepare proposals, pitches and property information, using market evidence to support pricing and campaign recommendations. Coordinate marketing campaigns end‑to‑end, including IMs, collateral and accurate, on‑time advertising and digital content. Support transactions through offers, negotiations, documentation, due diligence and maintaining clean deal records. Help grow the business by identifying new opportunities, keeping CRM data updated and contributing to team‑wide canvassing.
