The Opportunity Leading a team of Despatch Coordinators, you’ll play a hands-on leadership role governing process discipline, driving performance against key KPIs, and proactively managing risk, cost, and service quality. Based at our Design and Support Centre, you'll be working closely with Warehouse, Retail, Transport Partners and Supply Chain leadership teams and you’ll help ensure King Living delivers a premium, reliable customer experience at scale. The Role Lead and coordinate daily delivery operations to ensure smooth, on-time execution. Coach and develop a high-performing dispatch team in a fast-paced environment. Ensure accurate scheduling, stock readiness and seamless operational flow. Analyse performance trends and implement practical process improvements. Build strong partnerships with transport providers and cross-functional teams. Promote safety, quality and compliance across all delivery activities. Drive continuous improvement to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. About You Proven experience in dispatch, transport, warehouse or logistics operations. Demonstrated leadership experience with a passion for coaching and developing teams. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve outcomes. Strong stakeholder engagement skills across operations, retail and external partners.
