About The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead a major wastewater network upgrade on the Northern Gold Coast. As a key member of the Queensland team, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards and drive project performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to make an impact by delivering essential infrastructure projects that benefit local communities. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) Leading and managing site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely on time, and within budget. Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to design specifications and quality standards. Driving site productivity and resolve challenges with practical, on-the-ground solutions. Fostering a culture of safety and environmental compliance across all project activities. Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and strong relationships. What You’ll Bring To The Team Proven experience in a Superintendent or similar leadership role in civil construction and/or across water/wastewater projects. Strong technical knowledge of civil/water infrastructure construction methodologies and processes. Ability to lead teams effectively, ensuring high standards of performance and safety. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Commitment to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
