Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality. Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Coordinate training and development programs for staff. Assist with payroll administration and employee benefits management. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department. Profile A successful Human Resources Operations Officer should have: A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field. Proven experience in HR operations, ideally within the not-for-profit sector. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
