Job Description Lead, coach and develop the Reservations team to deliver service excellence and achieve revenue targets Oversee daily reservations operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and high-quality guest interactions Manage occupancy forecasting, yearly projections, and monthly revenue objectives in collaboration with senior management Analyse booking trends, occupancy patterns, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions Handle all reservation enquiries professionally, identifying opportunities to upsell and maximise revenue Monitor and optimise room availability, rate structures, and inventory across PMS, GDS, and online distribution channels Oversee group bookings, special allocations, promotional inventory, and key account reservations Ensure accuracy of reservation data, reporting, and communication to maintain operational integrity Maintain strong product and market knowledge to drive occupancy and revenue performance
