The successful candidate will have administration experience working with project teams in a fast-paced environment. The Business Support Officers role is to coordinate and carry out the day-to-day administrative tasks to assist the project team in achieving company and project goals. Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Coordinate mobilisation of personnel to Site Updating and maintaining the training matrix to ensure ongoing compliance. Myosh Compliance Uploading Book employees in for any Training required Booking flights and Accommodation Ordering PPE Update rosters Cross-checking time sheet submissions for blue-collar personnel using Definitiv. Coordinate sub-contractors onboarding to Genus Plant & Equipment Mobilisation for various projects Reconciliation of credit card expenses Ordering of equipment for project i.e trucks gaining quotes/raising PO's Assist with ADHOC duties as required. What you will bring to the team: Minimum 2 years customer service or administration experience. A flexible outlook, with a willingness to learn. Accurate data entry & strong attention to detail skills. Desirable to have experience in Client Software portals - Avetta/Pegasus, Success Factors, LMS, Corp Traveller Strong organisational skills.
