National Geographic–Lindblad Expeditions pioneered this space, taking citizen explorers to Antarctica, the Galápagos and beyond aboard intimate expedition ships staffed with scientists, photographers and researchers. THE OPPORTUNITY Covering NSW, QLD, ACT and New Zealand, you'll own the relationships that drive bookings in your territory. You'll work alongside a collaborative national sales team, bringing Lindblad's extraordinary journeys to life for travel advisors and their clients. WHAT YOU'LL DO Manage and grow a portfolio of key travel trade partners and consortia across NSW, QLD, ACT and NZ Develop tailored account plans designed to hit and exceed revenue and passenger targets Identify and convert high-potential B2C opportunities in collaboration with your partners Deliver compelling trade training sessions, presentations and in-person events Represent the Lindblad brand at conferences and industry events Create cooperative marketing campaigns with measurable commercial impact Provide market intelligence, sales reporting and strategic insights to the Head of Sales Partner closely with your VIC/SA/TAS/WA counterpart to share best practice and ensure a seamless national approach WHAT YOU'LL BRING 5 years' experience in the travel industry, ideally with a premium or experiential product A proven track record in sales or key account management you know how to build trust and close Strong knowledge of the Australian travel trade landscape and its key players Confidence working with senior decision-makers at partner level Experience identifying and growing B2C business through the trade channel A full driver's licence and willingness to travel (including internationally) Experience in expedition, luxury cruise or experiential travel is highly desirable WHO YOU ARE Beyond experience, we look for three things: Adaptable.
